Dietary Director
Ariel attended TCAT and has worked in healthcare for four years. She came to Gallatin as a Dietary Aide, then transitioned to Cook. In 2023, she became an Assistant Supervisor, and in 2025, she became a Director. Serving the Residents is her passion and in her spare time she loves being around family and friends.
