Angel O’Neal, LPN

Angel has been a member of the sister community, Quality Center, team since 2010 and has now transitioned to Gallatin Center. She has been the Director of Admissions for over five years. She began her career at Quality Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She then went on to pursue her nursing education and obtained her Licensed Practical Nursing license through the Tennessee Center of Applied Technology in Hartsville, TN. Angel served as a charge nurse, becoming a proven manager with exceptional leadership skills. Angel has great passion and knowledge of how to support families and residents, as they transition in their lives. Her mission is to ensure that we provide all of our residents with unprecedented levels of care during their stay.
